Introduce the opportunity to Omina. We handle the evaluation, communication, negotiation, and acquisition process. You earn a referral reward when the opportunity reaches qualifying milestones.
How It Works
1. Submit a Lead
Provide the restaurant address, owner’s contact information, and any available business details.
2. We Review the Opportunity
We confirm that the owner is genuinely considering a sale and is willing to speak with our team.
3. We Manage the Process
Omina handles the evaluation, communication, negotiation, lease review, due diligence, and acquisition process.
4. You Receive a Reward
You receive referral compensation when the opportunity reaches the applicable qualifying stage.

Reward amounts may vary depending on the restaurant, transaction value, complexity, and level of partner involvement.
Partner Rewards
Qualified Introduction — $100
The restaurant owner must be actively considering a sale, agree to be contacted by Omina, and provide accurate contact information.
Contract Stage — $2000
Paid when the parties sign a formal letter of intent or purchase agreement and the transaction enters the legal or contract stage.
Successful Acquisition — $3,000 to $4,000
Paid after the transaction closes and Omina takes control of the restaurant business.
Total Referral Reward: Up to $6,000
First approved submission wins. If multiple partners submit the same restaurant, the lead belongs to the first person.
The lead must be new. Restaurants already known to or previously contacted by Omina do not qualify.
The owner must be interested in selling. The $100 introduction reward is paid only after we confirm the owner’s interest.
Contract rewards are paid after signing. The contract-stage reward is paid after a letter of intent or purchase agreement is signed.
Closing rewards are paid after completion. The final reward is paid only after the restaurant transaction closes and control is transferred.
Partners cannot make promises for Omina. Do not quote prices, sign documents, collect deposits, or provide legal, tax, lease, or investment advice on our behalf.
This is a referral program. It does not create employment, ownership, exclusivity, or a formal business partnership with Omina.
